Well it is hard to believe that 2011 is now behind us and we are embarking on a bright New Year.  At the beginning of each new year I always like to take time to take stock and see what our family did over the last twelve months.  This always gives us an opportunity to see where our footprints have been and to ensure that they are still going in the right direction. 

There is no way to know where you are going unless you know where you have been.  So take stock and set a game plan on where you are going next.  This premise goes for your personally and professionally.  We have to hold ourselves accountable for our actions or in-actions.
